Frequently Asked Questions

  • Therapy is by no means a one size fits all treatment approach. My goal for all clients is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where they feel deeply supported and understood. I bring a grounded, calming presence and a strong intuition for helping people feel at ease, even when exploring difficult emotions or experiences. I’m skilled at helping clients identify patterns, build emotional resilience, and reconnect with their inner wisdom. Whether someone is navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, or relationship challenges, I bring both clinical skill and heartfelt compassion to the process.

  • I offer HIPPA compliant Telehealth services to clients located in the state of PA. The two services I offer are traditional talk therapy & EDMR.

In talk therapy, we reflect together on thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, paying attention to how your experiences show up in your relationships, daily life, and sense of self. This work is collaborative, and our conversations are guided by curiosity, compassion, and your goals for growth.

EMDR is a structured, evidence-informed approach designed to process difficult or unresolved experiences that continue to influence your present life. Together, we attend to how these experiences are held in both mind and body, moving at a pace that feels safe and manageable. Both approaches emphasize partnership, insight, and building resilience, helping you move toward greater clarity, emotional balance, and well-being.

  • A Good Faith Estimate (GFE) is required under U.S. federal rules for healthcare services, including therapy, and it lets clients know in advance what your fees may be.

You have the right to receive aGFE of anticipated costs, so you know what to expect before beginning sessions. If you’d like an estimate or want to discuss what works for you, I’m happy to provide.
